Held a tiny desk style concert at this venue and it was the perfect aesthetic and spacing to bring that vision to life. The owner also came to assist and watch the show and even gave us an extra hour to clean everything without rushing. GREAT SPACE, GREAT HOST, GREAT EVENT

Hello, I use the space for a small birthday dinner. It was enough space for all my guests. The furniture, Bluetooth speaker and kitchen space came in handy. Myself and my guests had an overall good experience. I did reach out to the host with some minor issues. He was apologetic and handle the situation well. He even offered partial compensation, which was much appreciated.

This was an ok space to rent - while there were some spaces to make content, it was not as expected for a group of 15. The basement is really small - I am 5'1 and my head hit the ceiling - this made it tough for my tall staff to take pictures, etc. Additionally, I had to purchase my own paper towels and toilet paper, as there was very little provided and I informed the owner that there would be 15 attendees for a 9 hour period. The space was easily accessible and the owner communicated well, but I would not suggest this space for a group doing content or meeting.
